“I purchased express shipping and asked to have it left at my back door since I wouldn't be there. I was very disappointed to find that it couldn't be delivered without a signature despite asking if it could be and told yes. However, when I called to ask about it, the customer service representative was extremely nice and contacted the delivery driver and was able to have the item redelivered when I was there a few hours later.”
