“I am from out of town ,these people took me right in ,and adjusted my derailiur for free. The next day I had a flat tire across town, they were open on Sunday and fixed me up in 15 minutes. Very friendly and professional people.”

“The prices were great and beat all other sites. Shipping was quick and delivery was as expected. Navigating the website however, is quite difficult. Suggestion: When I search for a keyword (like "eagle"), give me an option to search the whole site. Rather then being forced to select a catagory. I initially left the site thinking you didn't have all the parts I needed. Then later realized I had to do several searches to select several different catagories (shifters, derailures, cassettes, etc).”

“Yes product was as described. The only thing I could advise customers is to pick at checkout the express shipping. Do not pick the 8.00 option. It takes a lot longer. It’s the postal service snell mail.”
