“I called Campfire with a list of questions, as I wrested in the Tetons and wanted to buy a bike without seeing it in person first. Their specialist was extraordinarily kind and especially knowledgeable, helping me secure the bike of my dreams (for the lowest price out there!) They even helped me outfit it with a proper rear rack, upgraded tires, and made the whole thing tubeless. I received my bike a week later and couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Campfire Cycles!”

“I was able to find and receive a seat post clamp from Campfire Cycling in less than 5 days. I had been waiting for two months for the same item to come in from a local bike shop. When I called Campfire, I spoke with a real person who told me they had the item in stock, could ship it to me quickly, and was friendly and helpful. I will most definitely be shopping at Campfire for my future biking needs.”

“My experience with Campfire Cycling was very positive! From the time I entered the store to order my bike to the time I went back to pick it up, the employees I dealt with (Jake, Toby & Sarah) were all friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. All of my questions were answered. They gladly installed two water bottle cages that I purchased, and they helped me properly secure the bike on the bike rack. I highly recommend Firecamp Cycling if you’re shopping for a bike.”

“Bought a Salsa 650b Sora from Campfire. It shipped out within 10 days and upon arrival I found it well packed and easy to re-assemble. The shifter cable needed adjustment and after that the bike worked perfectly. Campfire did a great job with this bike and my only complaint is with the tires which is not their fault. I got a flat on my 4th ride and was unable to break the bead to remove the tire. It was extremely tight and I didn't have the strength in my hands to do it. Ended up having to take the wheel to a local bike shop where the repairman was able to break the bead and replace the tube. He gave me some tool tips that hopefully will help with the next flat.”

“Campfire did a great job replacing my rim and spokes, as well as overhauling my hub. They offered me several options on different parts, and took the time to go over the pros and cons of each. Right now this bike is my primary commuter, but someday I may ride the GDMBR, and it was nice to know that Campfire took my bicycle seriously and provided top notch professional service.”
