“Great store in one of my favorite buildings in downtown Tucson. I love having a bike store so close to where I live; only downside is they're only open till 5 and closed on Sundays which limits me to shopping there on Saturday afternoon only. The person who helped us was very patient and friendly.”

“Super psyched on these guys! I hadn’t heard of them so I was a bit nervous but they literally had my order to me in 2 days! They also sent stickers which as mountain biker I really appreciate that. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Toby is great to work with. Needed a brake adjustment and he got me in and out within a few hours of my inquiry. He also cleaned my bike and recommended a new chain which I realized later, I really needed. Highly recommend this shop.”

“My first order was the wrong product. Companies make mistakes, and a lot depends on how companies deal with them. I gave them 5 stars because I followed their directions and sent them an email response with what they asked for. The next day I got an email back from them and then a phone call. They paid for the return and sent out the right product that very day, and I received it a few days later for a short overnight trip I was doing. They stood behind their product, and I'll order more products from them. Good job, guys. Rushford.”

“I needed a longer fork for my Bob Ibex trailer, to clear the larger diameter of my new fat tire ebike. Bob didn't have any in the States, and wouldn't get another shipment from Taiwan until after my trip. Campfire Cycling had one in stock, and got it to me ASAP.”

“Few months back! My credit score was in the low 500, i couldn’t get approved for a loan to buy a home or car. “Incredible service. I dropped off my filthy, unaligned Trek and went out of state for two weeks. They called me and gave suggestions from performance stand points as well as aesthetic with fun color options. When I returned to pick up the sparkling clean Trek I felt like I was talking to a bunch of guys by a camp fire. The atmosphere is played back and welcoming. The quality of maintenance was 100. Deeply recommend to any cyclist with any question/issues.”
