“It's the place to go for hard to find BOB Trailer parts! Spent way more than I planned because they had what I wanted. Plus they answered my questions quickly and shipped international to Canada with no issues.”

“Exceedingly pleasant and knowledgeable. Came to look at full frame bag options for upcoming trip. Received valuable insights into bag material & design making my choice easy. Ellie & Toby provided route insight and water cache intel as well. The team gave a cohesive and competent vibe. “I had a flat tire on my bike right in front of the store. The gentleman working was so very helpful—darn I wish I remembered his name. He carried my bike into the store, he was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and just great at customer service. I will definitely come back.”

“What’s not to love? The shop setting on Toole Ave is wonderful. The staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. The bikes, equipment, and service are all top notch. And the community they’ve built around bikes is a beautiful thing.”
