“We created a design, and after 3 proofs, the simple text was not inserted properly in the header. This takes away time and focus from our jobs. We chose to cancel our order due to high maintenance and lack of confidence.”

“it took too long to edit the order. I entered it into your system and you never received the changes. If I did it wrong, that means it wasn't user friendly. Then you sent it to an address I haven't lived at for 5 years!! I never saw the ship to address or I would have corrected it.”
