“I recently ordered 1,000 notepads. The print quality was extremely poor and looked cheap. I have requested a refund, with no results, since I will not be using the notepads due to the poor quality. Certainly not the image that we want to potray.”

“We did not get the proof that we asked for. the one we submitted has our phone number and the one we got does not. This is a very important part of our referral pads. I communicated with a girl who was very nice and seemed like she was able to help but they still turned out wrong.”

“I received excellent support from David W. Betty nevertheless the Captain Notepad system mistakenly charged my order without submitting it, he was very efficient in resolving the problem and submitting my order. I received my order at the estimated time and the printing was as expected...just the ink smell was extremely strong when I opened the boxes. I will recommend you to my colleagues and will reorder when it is necessary”
