Purchased an item waited a month and didn’t get any updates . I asked for a refund . It’s been 3 weeks now and nothing . I’m filing a fraud charge on my credit card now. Don’t buy from them ! It’s a scam”
“-10 rating. Fraud ! Part pictured online is a stock photo. Contacted shipping salvage yard, part was still on car! Salvage yard did not receive order from Car Parts Direct. No response from email nor phone. Had to revert to contacting my bank and back charge these ass-hats!”
“The worst customer service, took over 2 weeks to deliver and the part was no good now there trying to charge me 25% for restock fee when I’m sending a bad part bad. They don’t answer emails or calls strongly recommend to stay away save yourself money, stress, and time.”
“do not order for here. 1. the are in canada. 2. you cannot get a hold of a live rep 3.they charge you extra shipping fees which you do not see until it shows up on your bank statement 4.the parts are not always correct 5.you have to pay for your own shipping to return incorrect parts 6.you do not get your full monies back. company charges you a fee to 'restock' the part that was of no use to you”
