“I wouldn't give any stars if I had the choice. I ordered a rear differential and instead they sent a front differential. There is no one to answer phones and they do not email you back. I have submitted a return so hopefully I will get my money back. I will be turning them in to the better business bureau cause this is not how a business should work. Very unprofessional”

However, I purchased a part for my vehicle, just like mentioned in the reviews, once they get your money, your literally waiting days to weeks for shipping info, with no feedback. The telephone number they have listed is a joke! I had to send threatening e-mails, stating I would contact the authorities,if I didn’t receive any shipping info, or I would need a refund immediately to get my vehicle fixed. My car has been in the shop for over 2weeks and nothing from this Company! If you don’t threaten them, they’ll take your money and run!! No care in the world about your situation. I’m still Ubering everywhere just to get around. I have teenagers who are in sports and they haven’t been able to attend! I can go on and on how this has inconvenienced my life! “I ordered a break booster and pump for my 2010 Toyota Prius. I paid $600 and only received 1 part that I could have purchased new from Toyota for $500. Car parts direct never responded back about the missing part or to return my money. You can’t reach them by phone and they won’t return your email. This company is a scam. Though they took the money from my account and I had a order number 10312 from them for a cradle. I sent proof of Internet receipt, they never emailed nor called back. If you call number you have to leave message no matter what number or extension. This company needs to be closed down and need government involvement into their activities.
