Though they took the money from my account and I had a order number 10312 from them for a cradle. I sent proof of Internet receipt, they never emailed nor called back. If you call number you have to leave message no matter what number or extension. This company needs to be closed down and need government involvement into their activities. Don't mess with any company that has no one to answer their phones nor respond in a timely matter to emails. I pray God return to those whom the they done thief by betrayal to seventy times seventy.”

Helaas heb ik te laat gekeken bij trustpilot! Stupid me! De service waar ze mee adverteren klopt gewoonweg niet. Ook de reviews button is vals, want je kunt er niet eens op klikken. Wat een beroerd bedrijf, een of andere slecht Nederlands sprekende gast (die er 's avonds is) kunnen ze beter ontslaan, want van klantvriendelijkheid heeft hij nooit gehoord. Beide keren dat ik gebeld heb, wordt je gewoon afgebekt, niet te zuinig. Hij zegt dat hij alleen is, maar op de achtergrond hoor je mensen? Plus hij kan ook niets doen behalve kijken waar het pakket is. (Ja zover kwam ik ook nog wel) Wanneer ik vraag naar zijn naam omdat ik in de ochtend weer ga bellen, blijft het eerst stil en vraagt hij waarom ik zijn naam wil weten? Na een zucht komt er uiteindelijk K**** uit.
