“The car didn't have head rests in the back seat, suspension wasn't intact, came with low engine oil. I think they can do better by paying abit more attention to the cars.”

“I have awarded you 4 stars because your shipping department erroneously failed to carry out the nomination of CFS, which resulted in demurrage costs. The client was very angry because it cost him 60 dollars extra. Nomination of CFS means you have 30 days to clear, against 4 days only, which we got. Kindly inform your people to always follow instructions.”

“The company hides information from its client The truck has gearbox challenges which I was not informed of. I was suppose to be notified before purchase so I would have known The rack was removed yet it was sold togather with the truck, that's disappointing”
