“The process okay, the only challenge is that the unit was shipped in a container which increased the handling costs at mombasa by over 1000usd, the car key was missplaced and damage during offloading from the container which included cracked windscreen”

“I have awarded you 4 stars because your shipping department erroneously failed to carry out the nomination of CFS, which resulted in demurrage costs. The client was very angry because it cost him 60 dollars extra. Nomination of CFS means you have 30 days to clear, against 4 days only, which we got. Kindly inform your people to always follow instructions.”

“I am thankful for the cooperation of the management of Carpaydiem as they accepted certain negotiations to allow me to pay for the item a bit later than scheduled. Secondly, although I risked the payment since I had little information about the company, I never experienced any problems in the process and the item was delivered as scheduled. In terms of the condition of the vehicle, I would rate it as 4out of 5. The outer body was as perfect as shown in the picture but the interior had some defects. The ceiling was loosely hanging almost collapsing which was not declared before purchase. I am not sure whether it happed before or during shipping. Nevertheless, I am glad I got my vehicle intact.”
