“Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Running Toyota Vellfire Purchased from Carused Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the Toyota Vellfire recently purchased from your company. At the time of collection from the port, the vehicle could not be driven and had to be towed to the garage. Upon inspection and attempted movement, the vehicle only manages to move a very short distance when placed either in Drive or Reverse before stopping completely. This clearly indicates that the vehicle is not roadworthy and was effectively sold to me as a non-runner. I find this situation extremely unacceptable, especially considering that this transaction was meant to establish a long-term business relationship based on trust and professionalism. In my 21 years of purchasing vehicles, this is the first time I have experienced such a raw deal. The vehicle is urgently required in Zambia and is currently stranded in Tanzania, approximately 2,000 km away from its intended destination. This situation has caused serious inconvenience, additional costs, and uncertainty. Kindly provide: 1. A full explanation regarding the condition of the vehicle prior to sale. 2. Details on whether the vehicle underwent pre- inspection before shipment. 3. Guidance on the corrective action your company intends to take. 4. Support toward resolving the mechanical issue so the vehicle can safely travel to Zambia. I request your urgent response and intervention on this matter so that an amicable solution can be reached promptly.
