“Exceptionnel.Je ne me plains pas beaucoup à part la plainte que j'avais faite sur la Honda acty truck AH3 que j'avais achetée qui m'a créé des problèmes depuis la sortie du port de Dar es salam jusqu'à ce jour. Ce véhicule ne roule pas jusqu'aujourd'hui et les pièces de rechange sont très difficiles à avoir.Et pourtant, dans vos commentaires, vous dites :"Les véhicules sont très soigneusement checkés par des experts.". Revoyez un peu cet aspect de choses.Merci.”

“Bom dia. Gostaria de expressar o meu apreço pela vossa flexibilidade e pela rapidez na entrega da minha viatura, um serviço que considerei bastante eficiente. No entanto, fiquei insatisfeito com a qualidade do produto recebido. O veículo apresenta problemas nos amortecedores, e a parte superior encontra-se descascada/sem tinta. Estas deficiências não foram mencionadas nem visíveis nas imagens previamente enviadas. Sugiro que melhorem nesse aspeto, assegurando que todas as deficiências das viaturas sejam devidamente reportadas e comunicadas de forma transparente aos clientes. Atenciosamente,”
