“I was in the Livingston branch and had the pleasure of Assistant Jennifer who was extremely knowledgeable. She took me through varies options and prices for the floor coverings that I was looking for. I was very happy with the service that I received and will definitely come back to this store to place my order.”

“We bought a carpet today at Stamford ugh.A lovely young man called Nathan dealt with our sale.He couldn’t have been nicer.I couldn’t make up my mind but he was so patient and helpful.We would definitely buy more carpet there when needed.Thank you Nathan,”

“The carpet fitters were so quick, polite and helpful. I was worried as I couldn’t remove a lot of furniture from my sitting room, but they worked around it. The carpet is lovely and very good value. Customer service was also good and hey got me an appointment sooner than expected. The price was reasonable. I was very satisfied”

“Frustrated with independent flooring companies telling me it will take around 4 weeks to get materials and 2 weeks to fit a new laminate floor in my one bedroom flat, I turned to Carpetright and my prayers were answered. From the moment we met Qasim, our fortunes and our dreams of a new floor changed. Qasim was on the ball with everything. He gave sound advice, arranged a survey, offered competitive prices, laid samples all over the shop floor, and best of all, promised an early fitting date – which was met. The fitters were charming guys, fast, hard workers and completed the job in under 2 days. When we noticed a few snagging items, Qasim got them back, over 200 miles, free of charge and the job is now “Perfect”. Thank you Qasim. Thank you Carpetright Slough. Customer Service at its best.”

“Firstly I would like to thank the manager Steve at the Newhaven store and the second fitter. Steve came to my property saw the job was incorret and resolved the first fitters mess. Fantastic a credit an asset to your company.”

“Hi I would like to say how good the service was in the Bury store but a lovely friendly lady called Oxana. Oxana went through all options and what would be the best carpet to choose. There is a very good selection and all ranges of prices. Well done Oxana you were fantastic 👍”

“went to Worksop today met Justin who was very helpful we only wanted a small bedroom carpet but he gave us his full attention and we walked out with a new carpet and underlay at great value and just what we wanted will use this store again for bigger projects as well”

“I have just visited Carpetright Bedford and would like to say a big thank you to Matt and Dan for making my visit an enjoyable experience, they were very helpful and jovial as well as being very competitive on price. All I have to do now is tell them when l require the carpets and leave the rest to them to deliver and arrange fitting.”

“I had a very bad communication from carpet right start to end they dont phone you with any updates and I had to keep phoning them getting all different story no one to say sorry for lack of communication from them when come to lay the floor late coming to fit the flooring i will not be saying to any one to use carpet right after the way i have being treated very digusting way to get treated.”
