“Excellent service from Alex at Carpetright in Cramlington. He was really helpful, great advice and lovely with my little girl. We went in earlier in the week and all staff were really friendly, professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you!”

“Visited Stockton store today for the first time in a long time. Lots of vinyls/prices to choose from. Staff member Stephen very helpful (without being pushy). Bought what we needed without any complications. Very happy with service/quality.”

“The measuring service was good, contacting re fitting and Jaz and his fellow fitter very good on the day. The only hiccup was that fitters were sent to wrong address which was a shame on what otherwise was a faultless service.”

“From the initial in store enquiry, to the measure up service and finally the fitting, I was very happy with the service provided. On time, efficient and good value for money. In store help (NP) at Blackburn, most helpful.”

“Always had excellent service over the years - good quality carpets and fitters. Just purchased a very expensive bed from them,,,,,,,,,,,,,I don't dispute it is very well made but,,,,,,,,,,,the description made me feel I was buying sheer luxury and comfort. The bed is so very hard and not living up to It's description. I have purchsed three bed topper duvets at a cost of around £300 - which SEALY the makers recommended - even though I told them I shouldn't need to with a bed of this price and calibre. I tried to write a review on CARPETRIGHT'S online site - wouldn't allow ???”

“I do not recommend Carpetright, very bad service, I needed staircarpet and I chose patterned Axminster £ 100 a metre all but a penny and underlay £12.99 a metre, I paid over £3000 and told to pay up front to order, I did, I was told to buy extra 10 metres because of the pattern so it would match, I did so, but the fitters the manager sent dident know how to lay a patterned carpet, they cut it in my street in the rain, Carpetrights surveyor over estimated the measurements, a whole roll of underlay was left over and taken back to the store which my Mother paid for, nearly 10 metres of excess carpet, Manager sent 3 fitters to uplift the carpet and take back to store 3 weeks ago, After over 2 months a lot of stress and worry telephone calls and emailing everyday I have received my money back today, I can now buy staircarpet from a reputable store who only need a deposit and the rest when carpet fitted, and have my stairlift reinstalled, Im 85 years old and have athritus Im no longer stressed, however anyone who need flooring ect avoid Carpetright, Good luck, PS, Check the small print on invoice, there are hidden charges, get legal insurance.”

“I went in for a quote, so at the off they where competitive on price. Customer service couldn't be faulted. I then went in to order which was easy and stress free. Now awaiting delivery and fitting so cannot finalise the rest of my customer journey.”

“8 days ago i ordered and paid for a carpet.I am still waiting for an ereceipt. They tell me there is a problem with microsoft and therefore cannot print me a receipt. What after all this time. Even head office has not returned my emails.Very bad service do not recommend at all. I want my receipt to see what I have paid for after reading all the bad reviews”

“*for Staines Branch* Please do not let all the negative reviews of carpet right put u off! Carpet right gave us a very pleasant experience the whole way through. From in store dealing with Austin, to the pair of fitters who were very quick and had amazing attention to detail, we were very Happy with the whole jobit's very sad to see a lot of negative reviews on here when we were given great customer service.”

“I had a carpet fitted by carpet right just over 2 years ago. This was recommended for stairs. After a few months there was significant wear on 2 of the risers.When I contacted them I was told that this was heel/toe wear and it is the way I walk down the stairs. This carpet is guaranteed for 10 years. I have never had this problem before . I only wanted this part of the stair carpet replaced but they refused to do it under the guarantee. I am a pensioner and hardly a heavy user of stairs. Their customer service is abysmal and I will never shop there again”

“We ordered a carpet and the carpet fitter didn't show up for the time slot. There was no courtesy call or warning of any kind for this. This was highly inconvenient. However the Bath branch of the store was very helpful and even though we had to wait another week for the fitting we were given a free upgrade and a small refund for the invonvenience which we are happy with. The carpet is very nice and overall a good price.”
