“Recently visited Uddingston store and did not feel welcome. The staff seemed distant though not very busy. We toddled off to East Kilbride store and found what seemed to be a different business ethic. Graeme immediately introduced himself and offered his knowledgeable support and assistance from a discreet distance. Perfect shopping experience. We picked our carpet and had assurances it would be available to fit within 3 to 4 weeks and they would confirm this by phone when ready. Rhona called week and a half later and asked when suited us for fitting. We chose just over a week ahead and she confirmed date as requested. Day before delivery and fitting we received a call to confirm fitter details (name) and approximately delivery time. Day of fitting the fitter, Ryan called to introduce himself and confirm his arrival time and fitting schedule. Carpet, both hall and lounge, fitting went well and to our complete satisfaction. What more can we say!! Perfect experience. Well done to all at the EK store.”

“I cannot thank you carpet right enough as I am moving to a house with no carpets and I was unable to do this until the carpets are fitted as the house is over 150 years old and even with the heating it’s very cold. There seems to many comments regarding the ethics of staying open however carpets are important for insulation and many women are facing domestic abuse at home and have to leave for safety reasons , people should not be so quick to judge as there is many possible reasons why a person would want an essential carpet fitted in a covid situation”

“Lots of comments about why carpetright is keeping their shops open. To some carpets may not be essential, but to us they are, given we have moved house and have a 4 year old child - with winter coming, we need carpets to insulate our home. Carpetright have been fantastic. We had an issue with the carpet we bought and they were extremely cooperative in resolving the problem.”

“We were greated by Steven when we arrived and he helped us choose exactly what we wanted and gave good honest helpful advise. He went through quotes and payment options and we left the shop with exactly what we wanted.”

“A Big shout for Neil salesman of the sittingbourne branch who went out of his way to hand deliver a breakdown of my carpet which was fitted yesterday very pleased ,what a star.”

“Spoke to the Michael and Laura at Redruth store - very helpful and extremely polite. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful from enquiry and it didn’t stop once we had paid - very warm and obliging when we came to pick up, helping load up our purchases etc. Really great service and pleasure to deal with - Redruth branch recommended!”

“Shopped in Carpetright, Shane Retail Park, Belfast. The assistant couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. There was a good selection of carpets and I was surprised how quickly fitting of the carpet I purchased was arranged, considering the current difficulties due to covid19. I have purchased carpet from this shop before and will do again.”

“Weston super Mare staff very helpful and competent. Like previous comments no proper receipt but they did send me email confirmation. Not a staff problem more a case of senior management not checking systems properly after software changes.”

“I was welcomed as I walked in, I said I just want to have a look that the vinyl I had looked at earlier was what I really wanted,turned back to go to the desk was met by the salesman who invited me to have a seat and the order was made very efficiently, he made sure I had everything I needed. Made it so easy”
