Wasted an hour in store being misled by TWO employees at Spytty store. Guy from Huawei and sales guy agreed with me on a £24 a month free phone contract on an P9 in white. Went through all the paperwork and credit checks to be told after an hour that sorry as it was in white thereit wasn't free upfront but 49.99, WASTED HOUR MISINFORMED STAFF

The Carphone Warehouse advertise what appear to be "good offers" Do not phone up about them - they don't exist And pushy salespeople ( who work on commission) pester you to purchase something more expensive and of lower monthly value. Go to another company for a much better deal than these sharks will give you.

Absolutely furious that my sim has been instantly migrated to new upgrade that I was told I would receive today so have had no service for 12 hours up to now on my current phone. Been passed from pillow to post by EE and Carphone Warehouse blaming each other! Disgusting service!

Took a phone from carephone warehouse (z5 premium) phone jack stopped working, sent phone of to be fixed, got given a new z5 premium and that one broke, same problem, sent of again and I asked for a new phone ( different sort) told I couldn't so I've took a contract out with you guys for a broken phone every 3 month, only had it 7 month month and it's broke twice already!!! Cpw won't swap, so not looking after there customers well.

Just because I bought tariff on line from carphone warehouse, popped into my local store for help to resolve a problem. I queued for over 35mins. finally got to see member of staff and explained the problem the he replied 'Sorry Sir I can't Help you since you purchase it on line. you have to check on line for help' I was fuming and will not deal with that store ever again... Was Not a Happy bunny at all.

Bought a phone after only two months it wouldn't charge .returned it to store. Told it couldn't be repaired as not under warranty. Staff rude and very unhelpful

Never buy phone from this company. Bought phone for wife from shop, took it home for her but she did not want it. Took it back to shop(within 1hour), they do not have cooling off period so as soon as you sign doc, there is no going back it's yours.

I was ignored and rebuked by a member of staff. I asked one member to get me a phone that I wanted to buy. He walked away without saying anything and started talking to another customer who had come into the store 10n mins after myself. When I asked him what happened to my phone he got very annoyed from the sound of his voice. Told me it was coming and just glared at me. I felt very intimidated by this man and said nothing more. 4-5 mins later another member of said the model I wanted to buy was out of stock and walked away and started speaking to another customer. I then went to EE instead and purchased from there. This was at the Stratford Centre.

The local company where I live are slow and inefficient and don't know what to do about it when it comes to Contract phones. I mean I recently cancelled my contract with a iPhone 6 plus 16GB which I wasn't happy and turns out I am still paying for the contract

Very disappointed. Need to fix my broken screen and took 3 weeks,no replacement phone,no information about pick up date,when pick up took them 1h to give phone back to me,not working,need to send back.

My Samsung persistently cut me off mid-phone call, but it took 3 visits to Carphone Warehouse (Penrith) before they agreed to send it off for repair. I was given a temporary phone which only allowed emergency numbers & wouldn't send or receive texts. All of the staff I have dealt with have been unhelpful, even sullen, and act as though the customer is at fault. My previous experience with CPW in Liverpool was better, so I think this is a case of poor customer relations training.

Absolutely rediculous sent a phone off for repair nearly a month ago been told twice it would be ready to be collected. Been in to collect it and it still isn't there! The customer service is disgraceful! My job is on the line due to not having this phone!

I cancelled my ID mobile in March, gave 30days notice!!! just noticed they are still taking my money!! I rang them and after 15mins I got hold of someone to be told "oh it should have stopped on the 14th of April" so they were going to cancel it again to day. NOT IMPRESSED so lost another £15 as they could not refund me. I'm going to cancel my DD tonight.(what an idiot I was)thinking that the Car phone ware house are a trusting company. Very poor service

Bought a phone with £10 simcard bundle was told the phone was 16gb internal memory but was actually only 8gb. Took phone and sealed unused simcard back to store for a refund they took both items but when i checked the receipt she did not refund the full amount I questioned it and she said they can not refund the simcard!!! Said I want to speak to who ever decides to rip me off and she said I couldnt and it is the phone operator who stops them refunding she wouldnt phone the operator to try get me a refund but ended up getting currys pc world manager to speak to me. he told me he couldnt do anymore than what the lady who served me could. I was then surrounded by a few staff (trying to intimidate me into leaving) in the end she tried phoning EE but said they are closed and could not get through they continued to cash up as it was closing time so i phoned EE on my own phone and got through within seconds the guy on the phone stated its nothing to do with them and because I had been miss sold by carphone warehouse they should refund me the full amount. I then had him repeat it to staff they was still convinced I shouldnt get a refund but in the end the manager got £10 out there till and refunded me. Im a customer they miss sold to me if i didnt check the receipt they would have got away with it. They tried to intimidate me to leave by having me surrounded by staff. 1 customer and they think its suitable to have 5+ members of staff surround me. All i wanted was my money back

Never again ! Ordered phone upgrade by telephone , arrived next day as promised but no new SIM card with phone . Rang customer support to check if it was supposed to have one or should I use my old one from last phone, was told no you can't do that you need a new sim you should have been sent one but you will now have to go to a store for that ! I said I was without a car as was in garage could they post it and was first told 'no we don't do that ' then after complaining she said ok we will post it but 3-5 working days , I asked if my old sim would be deactivated soon she said yes ! So I said so I will be without a phone for up to 5 days through no fault of my own and you will not send it next day ( not even a first class stamp ) no the answer came ! Lovely ! I being heavily pregnant and worried about being phone less borrowed a car to drive to my local store to be told ' oh you don't need a new sim you just use your old one :(((((((( so a wasted journey ! I then took the phone home to link up to my iTunes account and it would not connect ! On phoning customer support they said ' oh you need to go to a store to get technical help ! ' no way I said I have just got back from your store ! They passed me from pillar to post until I said forget it I need to return this phone and cancel the contract ! I drove back to the store to return the phone and was told by the girl there that she couldn't have helped me anyway as they have no technical training !So be aware of you have trouble with your handset when it arrives you are on your own ! Thank goodness I saved myself from dealing with this for the whole duration of my contract!

Just stood in your Bexleyheath branch and waited to be served for over 20-25 minutes. Granted it was a little busy but it would have been nice to have been acknowledged rather than ignored

If I could have give 0 stars I would have done. Still waiting for them to resolve my issue. The issue is that I ordered my upgrade phone over the phone with them, they then sent me the sim card but not the phone, and they have been squabbling amongst themselves as to which of their departments are now responsible for actually sending me a phone... seemingly unconcerned as to the fact that I am still without the phone I am due....
