“Plates arrived missing the legal information to use on uk road Network, tried calling the number on website which got nowhere tried live chat only to be informed that I HAVE MADE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING THE WRONG PLATES as CarPlatesDirect never make mistakes. So sent 2 emails 1 to sales@carplatesdirect.com & plateorders@outlook.com never received an acknowledgment absolutely disgusted at there customer service. I rechecked as I was about to reorder again only to find I did make the selection for uk road legal plates and not there show plates which are charged at half the price I paid so all this info was included in my email, I've never had any response it's 1 company I never want to deal with and will be writing further reviews elsewhere to warn of the shambolic company CAR PLATES DIRECT”
