The only way to get round this problem is to make a claim through Barclaycard

“Plates were fine once they arrived. However I would guard against paying the higher delivery cost of £9.99.
By definition the description of the £6.99 delivery cost,..."2 -4 working days", suggests the £9.99 fee might be a 'next day' delivery which is definitely not the case.
So in summary, the plates look ok but only pay the £6.99 for delivery.”
“We still have not recieved the order yet. The courier company has delayed the delivery and we have not recieved an update of when we will recieve the delivery. Can you please inform the courier comapny Evri that the dlevery is for a bussiness and the opening hours are 8am to 4pm.”
