“Well designed and easy to use ordering system. Full range of options producing a high quality product. I was surprised just how quickly my plates arrived given that we had bank holiday to work round. Recommended.”

“The car plates arrived quite quickly and were fine - the yellow colour on the rear plate was much lighter than is normal. I hope this will not be a problem with the police or DVLA”

“Not good! I ordered the number plate with premium delivery and it wasn’t delivered. I then complained and they said they sent me a replacement and i’m still waiting for it. apparently they’ve sent it with premium delivery but i’ve still been waiting 4 days.”

“Absolutely incredulous that I get asked to review my purchase when I’ve still not received the goods. Order placed before the 1pm cut off for express delivery, paid the additional cost for express delivery and 4 working days later no sign of my number plate. Just lots of emails telling me it has been manufactured that it gone astray that it’s out for delivery, tracking link does not work so no idea where the plate is or when I might see it. Hands down the poorest shopping experience I’ve ever had.”

“Do not trust Car Plates Direct. I have not received my plates. No one returns my tele calls. No response to my email. The TrustPilot rating on Car Plates Direct website is overstated compared to TrustPilot site. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY PLATES FROM CAR PLATES DIRECT.”

“I had to replace my old front number plate due to delamination and damage. Car plates direct were really quick to turn my order around and I was really pleased with the new plate when it arrived. Car plates direct provide an excellent product and service, their communication throughout was first class.”

“Bought the plates direct from carplates paid £9.99 for express delivery took 6 days to arrive I had sold my car and had to go to local motor factor and get some made,messaged carplates and got nonsense,express delivery is not 6 days!!!!!”

“I ordered a number plate then immediately cancelled it. I received a message saying that it was okay, the order had been cancelled, and no payment would be taken. However, a payment of £22.85 was taken from my account and despite all my best efforts to contact Car Plates Direct I have not received a refund.”
