“The plates that you sent me were totally wrong . I asked for show plates and gave you the exact spaces between the letters/numbers , which I took a picture of before confirming . You sent plates having no spaces what so ever . I have sent an E-mail showing the two photo's with no reply....Richard.”
“Couple of problems with ordering plates on the web site, but after a few days it seemed to sort itself out , but trying to get in touch with the sales team proved problematic, despite leaving details as requested for them to get back to me, (which they never did).
But plates arrived within 48 hours and exactly as I wanted. Great stuff!!!”
“Nothing wrong with the product or service but the website configurator defaults to "custom plates". Despite sticking with the other defaults of standard lettering and as propmted, ensuring the space in the numerals is in the correct place, I obviously missed the little box I should have clicked on to get "legal style" and ended up with illegal plates being delivered without the BS markings.
I did email the company to express my disappointment and unfortunately they never even bothered replying.”

“AVOID! Their 'same day dispatch' claim is lies, I paid £9.99 for this service and 48 hours later the plates still hadn't arrived. They denied even offering that service, so I sent them 8 screenshots confirming their advertised same day dispatch false promise!! Funnily enough I didn't hear from them again.”

I would advise that you put a note in with the plates advising people to removed the plastic films (which is fiddly to get off)as I've know people leave it on which can cause a problem with plod.”
