“Hello Hidden fees like high deposits , limited mileage , insurance. Once you pay they will provide you with information, which clearly against human rights . Not recommended at all.”

“I've contacted you twice with feedback about carhire at Easirent, Heathrow, and you have not replied. I was extremely dissatisfied with Easirent and very disappointed with CarrentalsUK, which I have used for years, but will never use again, initially because of the Easirent experience, and now secondly, because no-one has shown the courtesy to reply to my feedback.”

“Totally ripped off. Rentalcars.com apparently didn't forward the money I paid to them to Europcar for my car rental, so I had to pay again at pick up. The Pre-paid voucher, which appears oh so very simple to use, was not honoured. A very expensive mistake. I will not use Renatlcars.com again!”
