“Good service, especially if you are buying a used vehicle from a private individual. My purchase was from a reputable dealer that I have bought a new vehicle from. It was worth spending £3-99 to get the basic information I required to put my mind at ease re the purchase. Had I been buying from an individual, I would have spent the extra on a Gold report”

“Gave all the information I needed for peace of mind although some car information was missing but the main things about finance/stolen and accidents was covered and showed all MOT information which was good and seems a fair price compared to others”

“I think it would be good if you can re-check within two days especially when you are waiting for finance to clear, we had to pay twice just to see that it has been cleared and couldn't use the cheaper option as that doesn't cover finance.”

“although the HPI stopped me buying a car with a credit agreement on it......thank you.....there was no number to call to get clarification of the details....i did call the finance company who were no help at all so wanted to contact UKVehicle.com that day/hour/minute but you can only contact them via email.....a phone number would be better in those desperate situations.......and i felt i was in one. thanks anyway the car a bought instead is much better......and clear of any finance!!!”
