“I asked for a check on a vehicle and some of the information I wanted was not present on the report so I bought another elsewhere and the missing info I thought should have been present on the Cazana report was on the one I got from the other company. Specifically the details of the last MOT test were missing and they were extremely important as I wanted to see how many Advisories there were. There were a lot when I actually found it.. In essence I spent £9.99 for nothing really because the report was incomplete. The MoT info I needed was from last December so it wasn’t a case of not having time to be updated. I wouldn’t have the confidence to use Cazana again.”

I have reviewed your report which looks very extensive. Please email into support@cazana.com as I would be interested in what information you feel is missing or can be obtained for free. e.g. finance information, write off history etc

“Cazana's free car data check service is excellent and worth five stars. Their paid-for service is not as impressive. For one there was very little extra info over the free version. All those boxes indicating that something may have happened in the timeline of the car's history don't actually equate to any real events. And finally they are slow to update. Whereas the free government MOT data check site is updated immediately, Cazana has yet to show the latest MOT result for the car, 5 days after its test. Use the free features, don't pay for the product.”

If so, you have 4 more checks available to you on this.

“Quick and easy to get a report. But report only accessible on line and only for 30 days. No way to download it, this is not made clear before you pay your dollar”

Hi Chris A report would have been sent you your e mail which you can access. The details are only current for 30 days as the information is continually changing.

Thank you for the review. There is a print option on the report but as the information can change, the report can only be valid for a limited amount of time.

“Information was accurate, however little guidance on what to look out for with regards to scams (ringers & fake logbooks) which could have been good. unfortunately I was scammed. Not cazana's fault but perhaps something to look to add to your portfolio.”

“1st time I've used Cazana usually use vcheck - problem with Cazana is my report told me the vehicle had 6 changes of ownership yet only 2 dates were specified when there was a change of ownership - I wanted to see each date specified when there was a change of owner”

“Was advised of a fail as had outstanding finance. On investigation was the dealers "unit stock" finance. Nothing to be concerned about. You could be putting people off buying perfectly good cars!”
