well i found it a complete waste of money it told me nothing that wasn’t on .gov mot or my logbook not one single thing no history for the car whatsoever very disappointed won’t be using it again

You advertise the price for 3.99and I was charged 14.99 so it looks like the way you worded the things in your advert is misleading the service is good just the price is wrong

I'm sorry you feel that way. Our checks are as as follows: - Silver check - £3.99 - some information such as stolen, written off and finance information is not included - Gold check - £19.95 for 5 checks (at £3.99 each) - contains full information but only available as a bundle of 5 - One off check - £14.99 for a single full check The price of your chosen purchase is clearly stated at checkout

Very bad service phoned twice in bank holiday Monday left messages but nobody bothers to phone back not a good experience won’t be recommending in this comparative business. Still don’t know weather finance is owing on my car or not it doesn’t make it clear I purchased the silver option can someone get back to me if you’re care about my comment

I paid £19.99 for 3 searches, but it would only allow me to search 1. When I tried to contact the company I was told to leave an answerphone message, which I didn't want to do as I needed to do the searches asap. It's poor service when you have to leave a message anyway. Won't recommend them.

Think I have been conned, paid £19.95 for 3 vehicle checks, states can be done anytime within 6 months, checked 1st vehicle I was interested in, all went ok, but no info or details relating to a second or third check, was asked to pay again, what!!!! I already paid £19.95 for 3 checks, why am I being asked to pay again? Very misleading and wrong, complained to ASA

HI, sorry for the inconvenience, if you go to the log in page and select I forgot my password you will be prompted to reset it and then have access to the remaining checks.

Was about to buy a car, drove up from cornwall to Birmingham. Ran a quick check on the car which was advertised at 80,000 and Casana found an advert from earlier this year with 130,000 miles stated. Then the service book didn't look right so I didn't purchase. So Cazana was very helpful and I'm glad I was made aware of it.

It was great to have something like this to use. I found out alot about a car my son wanted to buy including a notice about it being written off. Thanks goodness I used this or we could have wasted alot of money & my son could have been injured or have injured others due to this

I was sent an email saying the car I purchased was a fail because it had 2 MOT failures in the past. Yet it was a bargain at 1/2 the provided valuation. I wrote and asked for £9.99 to be returned as I considered this online fraud. 24 hours ago and I have only had this survey as a response

The information should include some possible reasons why the finance check failed. In my case, the dealership handling the car had taken out finance while the car was on their forecourt, but the large red FAIL on the report suggested rather prematurely that the car was no good. The same goes for the name plate change check - it would help to have some suggestions as to why this could happen - it does not automatically mean something criminal has gone on. Finally, I paid for 3 checks, but was not offered my remaining checks very obviously or easily when I logged in, and when I was logged in the remaining checks were not very obviously available after the search and I had to pay again to complete the next check

It's a easy way to check about a vehicle, I think it could be better, I paid to check a car I'm buying and it showed it had finance on it, so when I asked the dealer he said he paid the it off which he had, it just hadn't been updated yet, but I would have to pay again to check it with this service, I think it would be better if you can check it for up to a week afterwards with the original payment!!
