“I was pleased with the amount of information before paying for a check.I was led to believe that I could access as many times as I wanted in the six months,but the woman that told me that was wrong.I've had missleading information before paying for the check.I know now that I have one check left.”

“it would have been nice if it was presented as a certificate so its more presentable , and there is no need to mention that the mileage is more than average as its a negative if you are trying to sell a vehicle”

“The experience you offer generally is good but you prompted me to buy a relatively expensive check which only revealed the car's road tax had lapsed as the 'event that took place'. I knew that already so was very disappointed with what I got for my money. I expected it to be something else that was more useful for me to know. The lapse of road tax is a very, very minimal thing to happen and I wouldn't call it worthy of it being called an 'event'.”

“Happy you flagged up :outstanding finance, I did a credit scan and it was ok got an e mail from VWFS uk ltd. Stated it was a 2010 but regs 2011. Model description for a T32 but is a T30. The agent advertised ..it had a new MOT December 2017”

“3 stars as the car is shown as convertible when it’s a coupe (as shown in photos), and engine shown as 3 litre, when Gov uk site shows it’s a 3.2 (which it should be) Why the incaccuracies?”

“It did not make me entirely happy as it did not provide all the information relating to the history of the car. For the information provided the service was expensive. In addition not all the dates of ownership were shown. Would I use the service again? Probably no”

“The main reason I was using Cazana was to identify previous owners ti confirm what I had been told. However only after paying did I find that you do not give either previous or current owners or even the number of previous owners to check pre-registered vehicles. This should be made clear before carrying out the paid for search. I feel somewhat duped. I marked the site acceptable only because it was easy to use. The printed data is not particularly well laid out.”

“It was reassuring to have the info on freedom from debt, write offs etc. but the detailed description of the vehicle and it's specification is, I think, inaccurate. You show the car as a 1.8 litre petrol turbo of 150 bhp whereas according the the manufacturer's plate in the car it is a normally aspirated 1.8 litre petrol of 92 Kw equal to 123 BHP. This doesn't worry me too much as I have already bought the car but I could have been very upset if I had bought it as a turbo on your information.”
