“The review was great but it was lost from my phone when I was actually looking at the new car .I had no way of retrieving it off the cazana website it just asked for the money again .ideally it should have been able to recognise that I had paid for the check on that plate”

“It's ok. However most of the info is freely available online. Mot previous history is available for free from dvla online, the remaining detail was already included mostly on Autotrader for fee also. A bit of a waste of money...”

“It needs to make output available as a PDF. It needs to display better date info, instead of saying "1 year ago", it could say "Sometime near June 2016" for example.”

“The information should include some possible reasons why the finance check failed. In my case, the dealership handling the car had taken out finance while the car was on their forecourt, but the large red FAIL on the report suggested rather prematurely that the car was no good. The same goes for the name plate change check - it would help to have some suggestions as to why this could happen - it does not automatically mean something criminal has gone on. Finally, I paid for 3 checks, but was not offered my remaining checks very obviously or easily when I logged in, and when I was logged in the remaining checks were not very obviously available after the search and I had to pay again to complete the next check”

“I like the design but didn't find a huge amount of additional information when I made the paid check. Furthermore the power output of the vehicle was incorrect. I double checked this against the VIN number and against the hpicheck site which returned different (correct) results. Otherwise I find the site appealing and easy to use.”

“The price was competitive. My big gripe though, the printable format did not include page breaks, hence what was printed out looked very shoddy, with writing cut in half between pages 😡”
