“The report should have been sent as a pdf download to my email for future reference. The link sent to view it online in my opinion is not ideal.”

“Clicked on pay it said email sent but nothing received no obvious way to put right! Cazana did contact me and I was then able to get the report which was quite detailed for the simple version.”

“I knew the car I was interested in was a cat d. I hoped the report would tell me about the damage. Such as where it was and how much it would of cost to repair it.”

“Quick and easy to purchase with paypal - however the brand name Canzana doesn't feel memorable and I couldn't see a way to save the report when bought on mobile.”

“Gave peace of mind that all was well with car. Flagged finance still outstanding so was able to challenge garage, who confirmed this would be dealt with before I purchased car. Went for £9.99 check . Felt short changed as valuation of vehicle wasn't provided. Main reason I went for £9.99 check over the £3.99 check. so for this only rate 5 to 6 out of ten.”

“Great, accurate info provided. Saved me from buying an insurance loss !! But not impressed after that, bought x2 Gold reports at cost of £9.99 each and when I received email after initial viewing of report I found `link` to view report further doesn`t work !?”

“The information provided was good, particularly the MOT information. However the site promised a valuation which wasn't there on any of the three searches I did. I had to go elsewhere for this. Also I purchased the option for 3 reports at a discounted rate and it gave me a code to input to get the rest of the searches but there was nowhere to input this code despite a long search which means the service turned out to be really expensive as I paid £40 in total for three searches. Would have been five stars apart from these last two issues.”

“The details showed an MOT failure on the Friday, but did not update the MOT on Monday's pass. That's not good!”

“Great for recent cars however would suggest that where there is a limited amount of information after being enticed to upgrade then there should be an avenue to get a refund especially for classic cars or that category should have its own lower cost”
