Pretty standard. Quality of print out is very poor. Should be better given price is higher than competition.

On my first visit to collect the car, some body work was needed, this was done in four days. I collected the car, and am very pleased. I have no more to add to this statement. Richard.

The description of the vehicle researched was inaccurate. UK VEHICLE LTD stated to me that the error lay in the DVLA failing to transcribe details of the particular imported vehicle correctly.

A quick service but not comprehensive - no details of recalls despite this being mentioned. No printable format and not sent as a printable document by email. No guarantee if it is not accurate !

The car its self seems great, but I did my own HPI Check and found that the car is an import. That's not good as I asked them if it was and if there was any damage. They said no as they had already done one as they do on all vehicles. This I don`t think is correct. and would like an explanation as I now have to inform my insurers, who might refuse insurance based on its an import.

I highly recommend that once a customer has registered and paid for their check results, they should be able to review those results more than just the once in the members area. Having to pay for the result again on the same car is a bit unsatisfying.

you get a couple of informationen who are helping you to look in the right direction regarding the car in question but it isn't very detailed. What realy helps is the overview of old MOT testings, when you are familiar with them you can spot some lemons.

Iv'e given only 3 stars because I tried to do another check on another vehicle and the system is forcing me to have the Gold check @£19.95 and won't allow me to choose Gold check single @£9.95. As there are no staff to man the phones, I am forced to choose a different company and am unlikely to return to yours.

Very quick and easy.However some misleading information was given ref a previous plate which had been put on the vehicle.It was stated that the vehicle had been a write off. It was the previous vehicle the no plate had been taken off and nearly caused my purchase to fall through.

Its a great service, however after a lot of phones calls and research the information was found out to be wrong. Car showed as finance still owing. This was incorrect and I emailed you to inform you to update your system. The vehicle is 100% clear of finance.

Hi Natasha. Many thanks for taking the time to review. My understanding is that the error was made by the finance company not having updated their records and we were therefore provided with incorrect information from them. I hope that this has now been resolved

It was ok but after searching the web a bit more I could have got the information I required a lot cheaper. So if the price was lower I would have given 5 stars instead of 3 stars so as my saying goes doing things in haste can be a waste.

Paid for the gold check but only got a partial mot history. It did flag up the vehicle as having been damaged and written off (which i already knew) but did not tell me why (which is what i wanted to know). Not worth £9.99 in my opinion.

It was good and informative but pricey as you can only check 1 car. So with that reason I would not use the service again.

All ok with plenty of information until it came to registering, which aparantly lets you see more previous history. (old adverts/prices etc). Thats when it failed. The server wasnt recognised and SSL wasn't allowing access to the next page. Also came up as 'unsafe site' So got as much as an hpi check but disapointed about non-registration. Just about worth a tenner.
