“When I spoke first time with customer service at 6pm, I got better offer £1194,69 for both cars. When I spoke second time with customer service at 8pm, offer was wors, but adiver were really helpfully both times.”

“Nothing in particular. The amount of information and quantity of it doesn't cost the amount they ask. Which is £10.00. The information they provide is like every other comapny of this access to data, nothing different or extraordinary. It's realistic cost no more than £2.00. Considering the amount of people paying for the checks, these guys are multi-millionairs. Steer away, especially now when you can get free access to this information these days. Leo”

“Was simple to use and useful. Only problem was the information for engine size was incorrect. That annoyed me as it was not the vehicle I wanted after travelling distance...But other info was fine....”

“I requested a Gold check on a 1973 Mercedes which came up with a lot of the basic info about the vehicle missing. It did have the number of previous owners, whether there was outstanding finance or accident claims etc but engine specs, fuel type, transmission etc just weren't there. It had the last 3 MOTs but any before that were also missing so I was unable to verify mileage. I emailed the company to express my disappointment and, to their credit, they were quick to respond. My complaint was taken up by Tom, one of the directors of the company, who explained that they do sometimes have this problem with older vehicles. He apologised for the inconvenience and issued a full refund. I have averaged my score to 3 stars - 1 for product quality in my case and 5 for customer service. I would probably use them again but only for more modern vehicles.”

“I bought two vehicle checks and there were incorrect facts on both. Mainly that one was stated to be semi automatic when it was manual and the other had no MOT when it had 9 months.”

“Lots of useful information but not 100% accurate. The car i checked showed a 2.3 diesel not a 1.9 diesel that it had. The only 2.3 is a petrol.”

“The information provided was generally good,especially the MOT history. However, what I really wanted was a more comprehensive owner history. It only gave the current and previous owner, even though there had been 10 in total.”
