“very fast service, just one confusing thing......search indicates car (FXI6661) as having colour change (26-march-1998) GREY to GREY and vehicle information from the DVLA states colour as RED. have you any way of cross-checking. regards john mcclean”

“We took up your gold star service at a cost of £9.99 and it was well worth the money. We were advised that the year of the car we were looking at was 2013 when it actually was 2012, and it also still had an outstanding finance agreement on it. Don't know if there were any other issues, but quite possibly there were, as we didn't waste our time going to see it.”
