“The website said that I'll get a report online and copy in email. I was expecting a PDF copy in my email but it turned out to be only a link to the website to retrieve the history. The website link also didn't show any option to save or export the report as a PDF file. This can be improved and I'd still like a PDF soft copy for records please.”
