I am glad that this information was useful. The vehicle mileage is calculated using an algorithm that takes in to account the mileage data from previous MOTs and vehicle listings where available. We also use the typical mileage covered for the specific make and model of the vehicle. Unfortunately, we are unable to know the precise mileage of a vehicle on a daily basis. As stated on the website the vehicle mileage shown is estimated and not is verified. These details should always be checked with the owner and other documentation that prove the mileage of a vehicle.
