“Very bad customer service and be sure to double check before purchase as I was trying to buy regular gold check but ended up buying for £14.95 without even knowing. And then the refuse to help”

“I thought IO was buying accurate information about the vehicle not estimated guesses. Particularly inaccurate in relation to mileage.”

The vehicle mileage is calculated using an algorithm that takes in to account the mileage data from previous MOTs and vehicle listings where available. We also use the typical mileage covered for the specific make and model of the vehicle. Unfortunately, we are unable to know the precise mileage of a vehicle on a daily basis. As stated on the website the vehicle mileage shown is estimated and not is verified. These details should always be checked with the owner and other documentation that prove the mileage of a vehicle.

“Very reassuring to have access to information such as that made available by Cazana. I am buying a used car (import from UK ) and it was very empowering to be able to inform myself about the car and then go back to garage and ask the questions that needed to be asked! Thank you Cabana!!”

“Will never use again. I was surprised to be charged £14.99 where I was told first tge quote will costs £ 3.99. By far, a misseling and ripoff as this is the most misleading and expensive website . Will never recommend.”

The prices of our checks are shown on the checkout before a check is purchased. The checks are £3.99 when you purchase a multiple check for £19.95.

“I'm a bit disappointed with what you get for the paid service. The technical data was wrong for the car I checked (showed 4 cylinder engine when it's a 3 cylinder) the advert and MOT info are available for free, and the HPI part showed as CAT N (which is fine as I know this to be the case) but then has lots of red writing and the words FAIL all over the document (not very good to show a customer) All it needs to show are accurate facts without making a judgement. I buy and sell damaged vehicles and want to show customers a data check alongside photos of the repair but the reports are engineered to put anyone off buying a cat N or S vehicle. The valuation for this same vehicle was also £1200 higher than Autotrader or Parkers?”

“did hpi on an Audi. came back clear. but a car on inspection was a right off be careful as you can still buy a car what been in an accident, even if it comes back cleare on an hpi”
