“I needed to do a vehicle check for piece of mind, as I was spending a lot of money. The check gave me the information that I needed and more. Well worth the money I paid for it. The only thing it got wrong was the amount of gears the car had, check said it had 6 gears but it acutely had 8 ? And it was advertised with 8, a quick call later to the seller and it was confirmed. 8 gears ... All good, I now have a new car.”

“Whilst in the main I was happy with the service provided by the report there were some missing details which I would liked to have seen e.g the model of the Bentley not just "others" as stated. Also missing completely were Type of vehicle, Number of seats, Wheelbase & certain engine details were also missing”

“I purchased alloys for my husbands vehicle, besides the fitting kit not being sent with the wheels, when we called, the person was friendly and apologetic and sent them out straight away, so satisfied with the customer service which is the main thing I base my ratings on.”

“Gave me a lot of useful and critical information particularly with ownership and mileage on the vehicle which was particularly low and needed to be verified. A couple of suggestions, the presentation was good on screen but could do with a downloadable PDF formatted for A4 printing and filing. The transfer of ownership notice could have done with a mileage reading added Very useful over all . . . Keep up the good work Folks.”

“The check covered all areas I needed to know about and was easy to use, but left me with questions for the dealer. Perhaps that is a good thing although also unsettling. I do feel all reputable dealers should have this check available at the point of sale.”

“Excellent report and made instantly available. I would have liked the report to have shown how many owners the vehicle had. The current owners name and address would be a great asset to the report. As a buyer this information would have been invaluable.”
