“I have made a few purchases from cb radio supply they are great!!! Super fast shipping and the items arrive well packed there my go to online can radio shop”
“I ordered a couple of Hustler QD-2 quick disconnects. The CB Radio Supply had a very competitive price on them so I took a chance and did not go with my normal supplier DX Engineering. I paid for the upgraded shipping to UPS, but they took my money and used USPS to ship the items. They did not arrive in time and are still somewher "In the Mail." I wrote their customer service in an attempt to at least get a refund for the enhanced shipping fee, but alas, they have totallhy ghosted me. For my $, I will go with DX Engineering in the future, Tim Duffy, K3LR, has a great team with exceptional service. .../Art K0ACP”
“The product was new, reasonably priced. The shipping is another story, 7 days it took the U.S.P.S. to deliver an item from South Bend Indiana to Lowell Indiana. Poor service from the U.S.P.S.”
“This place is the worst, no communication! I’ve called and left messages via voice mail, emailed lance 3 times with no response and paid for one day UPS shipping and got standard usps shipping, I’ve tried asking for refund but again, no COMMUNICATION 100% do not recommend!”
“So you ask for a review so I ordered on the 7 th of April said shipped on the 8 th can't track the package all it says is running late today is the 16 th of April I emailed company 2 times no response. Company says fast shipping but no,says can't give me a delivery date at all that there was a issue with order..I only ordered through this company once thought it had good reviews but they would never order from them again...”
“I'm still waiting on my order to arrive 14 days later. Shipping says it is still in transit and running late. Had I known it would've taken this long I would've bought them in person.”
