“Quality products, free shipping, well packaged and the order was processed quickly. What's not too like. Will definitely be using CB Radio Supply for all my CB needs. Thank you.”
“Well it hard to give a review when I haven't got what I ordered yet . I did receive a mirror mount that I didn't order . I called and left a message and got no response. Also sent a email no response there either .”
“I've received the install kit very quickly and I knew that it would take a couple of days for the antenna to arrive which is understandable. However, I was only sent a tracking number for the install kit and not for the antenna. I've email, messaged on your website and even looked up your phone number I received no reply to the messages or voicemail in regards to a tracking number. I was finally able to locate one from the usps website but it's showing an unknown delivery date. Not very happy with the customer service. I understand your company cannot control the usps service but all I want was a tracking number for my antenna. Now my antenna is still not here and I needed it by this weekend.”
“I placed a order with the company and received the package that was damaged and missing the part.I emailed Lance and with no questions asked he said that the part would resent. Long story short ..A great company to do business with.”
“You site said product would ship in 3 to 4 days but it took 7 days. Your site has no phone contact person to check on an order. There was no contact to inform me my order was delayed so I was going to file a claim with Ups.”
“you guys really did a good job hooking me up with my new cobra 29 ltd ! peaked @ tuned , talkback , this radio really barks ! thank you , dennis ( army vet. )”
“First time coming across their website was real simple and easy to use they have great prices and amazing products I purchased a pair of sr-a10 striker antennas and they are immaculate I set them up on my truck and literally by using a meter gauge they were dead set on 1.5 in the future I will definitely go back to CB radio supplies site for more electronic purchases quick shipping reasonable prices and great customer service.”
