"I could actually cry explaining my story about this terrible company. \r\n\r\nI am SO horrified at this company. First of all, they didn't jump on for our first call. It was during my lunch break so after 45 minutes I had to leave after waiting on the video call. Next call the same thing. I then asked to switch people I'm working with and she called me yelling at me she's now going to lose her job thanks to me. I called customer support and all they said was let us know of she keeps harassing you then. Continue I continue getting harassed. They do nothing so I cancel my membership. I'm still getting medication sent to my pharmacy from them and they swear it's not them but the pharmacy has shown me it's from them. And I havnt used or been prescribed for months. Still getting them to this day. STAY AWAY!!!"

"I was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome a little over a year ago. Recently my legs have not been as functional as needed to do simple things such as walking, standing in place, etc. \r\nthis has taken a huge impact on my mental health such as being able to go out and do things, taking my kids places, going on dates with my husband, family functions, errands, etc. \r\n\r\nI feel like Cerebral has done a very good job with choosing their therapists, counselors, prescribers, and providers. \r\nMy counselor was very easy to talk too, a very good listener.\r\n\r\nIn turn, this also has positive affects on your mental health because most times someone to talk too can make the simplest impact when you are hanging low. Someone outside of family and friends, because it shows you that there\u2019s other people that want to help and listen. \r\n\r\nThank you for listening to me."

"It was quick and easy to sign up for. You have many options to choose from regarding what kind of therapy you need and which therapist you want to choose. With mental health issues on the rise and fewer and fewer practitioners available this is the best option and it\u2019s affordable. "
