“Revised: they called and offered a partial refund. Very happy. Thank you. They took forever to book me a flight (over an hour). Kept canceling at the cheaper fares and then I desperately just booked a flight at an expensive rate. I realized later that it’s their game plan. Will never be using them again.”

“This review is premature. SO FAR you all (especially Zac) have been great. Very smooth and very customer firnedly. I am just nervous that the Boking number when used on British Airways gives a different routing. We are going LIS-LHR-EWR and the booking number on British Airways says LIS-CPH. I just hope all will be smooth at the airport when we hand the electronic ticket over to Britih Airways. If it is, you have made a regular cusotmer for life!”
