“It was very easy to book on the website and it had the best deal available online. The only thing missing was the ability to pick my seats when purchasing. “The true test of any Company's claim to be customer orientated is when a transaction doesn't go as planned, a customer is dissatisfied and there is an issue to be resolved. I happen to fall in that category. To sum this up I had a flight booking not go as planned and I can attest to the fact that once I voiced my displeasure it was properly, promptly and professionally resolved by the Customer Resolution Team with special mention to Lauren Smith!
