They have quality products and sensible discounts at least once a month. So items I have chosen to get regularly by subscribing to that purchase, and other items I order are supplemental fun items I want to try. Only once did I need to contact them and that was about missing the discount code to save money. I spoke to a man named Clayton that was an absolute delight to solve the issue with, he fixed it in less than 2 minutes. They are also very good about reminding you when it's time to check the order and make any changes you want.
