Then, as I was sitting at the tablet, I realized that I was feeling more relaxed. I took my blood pressure to see if there was any change in my numbers from this morning.
Note that I had a stroke nearly a decade earlier and live with mobility issues. I have meds to deal with high blood pressure.
Anyway, my BP went down and my breathing seems to have been more comfortable than earlier in the day.

My only concern about any of it is the processing of it. I'm concerned that they're sweetness comes from processed sugar. I've changed my diet a decade ago and am eating much healthier than any point in my life. So sugar is one of those things I avoid if at all possible.
