I ordered a personalised chelsea shirt and a football. My order never arrived, I tried contacting the store but cannot get through to them. I have tried to call and email them but have had no luck. I also can't get a refund. Really disappointed with the store and their customer service.

International order to Malaysia. It has more than 6 weeks since I put the order and the items still haven’t arrived. After a few rounds of complaints they replied to say address was wrong. When I confirmed the address (and logically if the adress was wrong they could have easily contacted me) they said give it a few more days. Passed the deadline and still havent received my stuff. Two follow up emails on cancelling the order and getting my refund but no response so far. Terrible experiencene especially since it was meant to be a going away gift and I missed the opportunity to do so. You’re better pff purchasing merchandise elsewhere.

i ordered a chelsea third kit about 2 weeks ago and i still haven’t received any information on whether it’s arriving or not . This has had the worst customer support as there’s no one to talk to . I recommend not buying from and should this review not be seeked or looked upon i would like to cancel my order . This has been appalling from them . I ordered on the 17 of September , yet there still has been no contact whatsoever whether it’s arriving or not .

Hi, on May 30th (right after our great CL victory!) i ordered several Chelsea items in the chelseamegastore shop. During the next three months i received THREE emails (in June, July and August) from the shop, each one of them reassuring me that the delivery would be on the way shortly, Then on Sept 23rd i decided cancel my order and ask for a refund. Heres my email: ' Cancelling of order XYZ On May 30th 2021 I ordered several Chelsea fan products in your shop. Although the amount due was debited from my credit card the very next day, I STILL haven‘t received the products I paid for. All I was sent were three emails on three different days, each of them reassuring me that the delivery would follow shortly. I have decided not to wait any longer fort he delivery (it has been 3 and a half months!) and I would like to cancel my order XYZ. I also expect a full refund of the €XXX.XX debited from my credit card. Should my request fall on ‚deaf ears‘ and no answer shall be provided in the next days to solve this issue I will be forced to seek legal council regarding this matter.' Well ca. 8 hours after sending the email i received a confirmation email from chelseamegastore that the delivery was on the way! I dont know how, or why, fact is that after 5 days i opened the parcel and voila!, everything i had ordered was in there. My advice for those who go thru the same 'ordeal' is write a letter of cancellation of your order and be frim about seeking legal counsel if the money isnt refunded. Actually it should have been one star, but ive decided to go with two stars since the products were at least all intact. PS. It is beyond my common sense that Chelsea FC would allow their merchandise to be OFFICIALY sold by a company based in Manchester!

I orderd a shirt in XXL and L arrived, it was a birthday present for my brother in law. What followed was weeks of back and forth via email, they eventually admitted that they didn't believe me so I had to send photographic proof, quite how they thought I would have magicked an L sized shirt out of the air so I could return it I don't know. No ownership of the issue, slow response via email, online chat never worked, I had to log a dispute with PayPal to actually get the return and refund under way - a great example of how not to handle a customer query. I see they have lots of negative reviews on different review sites, it's a reputation fully deserved and I'm just sorry I didn't take the time to research them first before placing the order. Oh and I had to pay £6.60 to return the shirt and they've stopped responding to my request to have that refunded even though I have an email where they told me I would receive that postage fee back.

I would rate them 0 stars. I ordered two shirts and my package arrived with only 1 shirt and package re-wrapped with tape. Customer service was no help and took forever to respond. Don't shop here! It's a rip off!

Absolutely no customer support. No option to cancel or adjust orders on the site, and nobody will talk to you, email, phone or support chat alike. Order delivery date came and went. Charged for nothing but hassle basically. Worst website service I've dealt with in my life and so disappointed.

Ordered a kit for my nephews birthday, ordered 2/8/2021, his birthday is 24/8/2021. It is clearly stated on the website 1-2 business days plus add 3-5 for custom shirts. So at worse 7 days, then 10 days for shipping overseas. The shirt was posted 20/8/2021, 18 days which is well and truly past the 7 day mark, they insist that the item will arrive on time but still nothing, shameful, won’t use them again since they have moved to an outside source. The customer service is atrocious and they really don’t care for anything

after placing my order 22/7/21 for 3 items im still waiting for one of them even though it is supposed to have shipped 24/8/21 ! can not contact a person at the megastore and e mails are only geniticaly. replied to, not resolving the problem. this is a joke service and as a life long chelsea fan im ashamed for them.

After about 6 months I realised my jersey wasn't going to arrive, ever. As years go by many parcels get delivered to my door and sometimes I entertain myself with the thought that it is my order from Chelsea Megastore. You have to concede that they don't sell products that quickly end up in the back of your closet, they sell patience and hope, and maybe we don't appreciate that enough.

Very poor service, thought it would be best ordering direct from Chelsea megastore as the items were birthday gifts. Big mistake. Items suppose to arrive today, turns out the order hasn't even been processed yet. Never again....

I ordered a shirt for my son’s birthday, paid for express next day delivery with a couple of days to spare before the big day. It didn’t arrive and when I rang to say it was still was been processed and hadn’t even been dispatched I had an apology and a £2 refund ?!? Don’t use Chelsea megastore! I had thought buying from the club would be the easiest and best option, I was so wrong. I can’t find a complaints email / phone number either. I was told I could complain but everything just goes to the customer service number / email. Very poor

Thought it would have been better to order my Chelsea Jersey from the Chelsea fc shop but instead it was my worst mistake... its been 2weeks and I still can't receive my package or get an update about my package even though they stated 3 days shipping... not to mention they charge so much for such awful shipping service

Please please please don’t order from this site. The site is rubbish and the customer service behind it makes rubbish look good. Site said item was available. After they got my money it turned into a 12 week wait. No replies from customer service after multiple attempts. Finally got one of the creatures on the live chat who tries to explain to me the 12 week wait was because I asked for a name and number on the back, before sheepishly admitting no stock. But then tried to tell me the website says there may be a delay. I hope he achieves something in life. Avoid this site like a seafood wet market!!

Worst Experience ever. First time purchasing and probably gonna be the last. They don’t even deserve the one star. Can’t believe that the club I support have such incompetent logistics handling. Ordered item close to 2 months back and I have my status as ‘On Order’. Keep getting the same automated message from the team. Sort your mess.

Horrible service and attitude - very disappointing from a fans perspective. Goods never showed up money taken and then chased and chased and was told they were out of stock with no apology offered. AWFUL

We placed an order for my Dad's birthday, 4 weeks in advance! two weeks in we had not received goods, the order status said expected dispatch 1.5 weeks ago, we sent many emails to customer service and we called but no one answered the phone. so after 3 weeks we contacted our credit card company who gave us a full refund and will now pursue them for the money they took from us, but failed to provide the goods ordered. I would avoid this company like the plague, they sell all the same stuff on amazon and you are more likely to receive it, this company is a waste of money and time!!! it only gets 1 star as it needs to register the review, it should be -10 stars!!
