Where is the customer service????? Ordered over week ago, no tracking available( stated when I ordered items 3-5 days) No reply emailed several times.

Don’t ever buy from Chelsea Megastore. Once they have your money they don’t care about your actual order. Customer Service constantly lie, then call you a liar. It is absolutely disgusting the way they treat there customers. They ignore emails you send and don’t stick to there own time frames that are clearly outlined on their website. All they say is ‘Sorry’

do NOT order in this store. I ordered by express, an additional charge of 16 euros, and have been waiting for my delivery for 14 days. the order is not even processed. "picking" since 14 days customer service replies with a pre-prepared mail after 3 days .... no information about my order. I have spent over € 170 and expect my order to be delivered on time. I have now canceled my order by email, and here too, no response from customer service unbelievable how you deal with your fans!

I think one(1) star is to generous. Absolutely dreadful and shocking treatment of customers. Ordered July 29th and still no trace of delivery. Just bevakar one single item is out of stock, and they cannot tell when it will be in stock again. Therefore I’m stuck with replicas, jacket for my kid and other thing at This company. And my money of course. Because don’t expect that they answer your E-mails. It hurts that you cannot buy from your own club, instead orderingång from extern suppliers. Terrible customer service 1-.

They are the absolute worst! I regret buying a jersey for my husband from Chelsea Megastore. Once you place an order you are stuck! There are no options to edit or cancel your order. Customer service is just poor overall

I would urge all Chelsea fans to purchase directly from Nike. Just cost me €9.20 to return a shirt which was too small. Disgraceful policy to charge for returns. I have had problems before with purchases which got lost in transit, but this takes the biscuit.

bad shopping experiences and will never order again . Have paid and purchase 4 items since from Dec last year . on Jan , no info and check them , replied me 2 items are out of stock and parcel on hold without any advise. Then bal 2 PCs are send as adviced on Jan and now is June that in 5 months after and I still haven't recieve it . Asked for refund and cs no reply and just need me to check fm my post office in hk but without providing me any tracking no. and how to check it ?

WARNING ⚠️ PLEASE TAKE NOTE, To put it simply, don’t bother ordering from the Chelsea store online. No reply’s to your emails, No customer service support, No possible way to return unwanted items. BUY the goods from Nike direct online or wait until lockdown finishes to buy from licensed shop retailers directly. SHAME on Chelsea for mugging off their own fans. 🙁

I live in Romania. In the last 3 years I placed 4 orders on Chelsea Megastore with values between 19 and 100 EURO. All were delivered in very good conditions. The last one was placed on march 27 2020, was shipped on the 1'st of april 2020 and delivered on april 28 2020, but for me it was not a problem. So, I am very satisfied.

I ordered the hoodie for my bf by international shipping on 30d of November. I hoped that I would receive it by end of December to give it as a gift for bf. but unfortunately I didn’t received it . I wrote so many times customer service but they didn’t reply me then I called and after call they finally replied me back . it was already 2d January. Then We agreed and I chose full refund and They made it

Ordered a Christmas gift for my bf in late November and was promised to receive it in 10-20 days (shipped it internationally). 20 days later sent them an email asking about my order and received a response a day after - they said that they meant not just days, but business days and that the order is expected to arrive on Jan 2. They did not provide any tracking info and said they did not had tracking number because of the shipping method they used. By that time I googled the reviews and was almost 100% sure that I would never get the order. However, it arrived on Jan 3. I was very happy! And we really enjoyed the quality of the items ordered.

Ordered a Christmas gift for my boyfriend in November 2019 (intl. delivery) -- it's January 2020 now and the parcel still has not arrived. After 3 very slow email exchanges, they offered to resend the order and asked for a confirmation of my shipping address, and when I provided it, they proceeded to tell me they were out of stock. I've now waited a month and a half only to need to go buy another extremely belated gift. My boyfriend studies overseas and only comes back to visit twice a year. Christmas is a precious time for us. I am so utterly disappointed in the service. PLEASE save yourself the trouble, DON'T order from the megastore.

Definitely do not use this site. Sent wrong size. Customer service no help whatsoever. Had to send kit back at our own expense. Young fan missed his Xmas kit.

Would give 0 if I could. Lost order, terrible customer service, money taken, no updates on whereabouts. Would have been better off ordering from ANYWHERE but here. False advertising on website, paid extra for delivery to be by a certain date and they happily took my money and weeks later, item still not delivered! Customer service advisor (apparently a “supervisor”) was very rude and spoke over me, didn’t listen to anything I was saying and was implying it was my fault the order was lost because I never ordered from them before?? Then had the cheek to say he “doesn’t get paid enough to deal with this and will drop the call right now” because he «couldn’t be a**ed dealing with it». I’ve worked customer service roles before, I get they’re not great, but if you hate it that much get yourself skilled up like an ambitious human does so you can move on, don’t take it out on your customers - attitude is ridiculous, way to show people you might actually belong at the bottom of the food chain - no wonder this company is quickly building such a bad rep. Wouldn’t employ this waste of space anytime soon and I hope this store takes a good look at who they employ! Either way, weeks later - still no order, had to raise a claim with my bank in hopes of getting my money back as their customer service threatened me with not getting anything at all because it was apparently my request to put in a complaint that’s going to stop everything?? Such a shame as I was ordering this as a gift as well and now the time has passed so I’ve had to tell the person I arranged this surprise for which kind of ruined the fun of it all, that’s something you can deal with but the attitude of the rude person on the phone is what’s upset me most of all. Never going to order from here again. I hope they actually do issue me with a refund otherwise I’ve paid a significant amount of money for nothing.

Ordered a Cup Printing jersey with the Europa League Champion badge. It turned out sending me a premier league printing with the European badge!!! This is ridiculous!!! Sent over 10 emails, waited more than 7 days for customer services to promise me for a correct replacement. Pathetically received an exact same faulty jersey!!!! NEVER BUY STUFF FROM CHELSEA MEGASTORE!!!!!

Please if you ever want Chelsea gear do not, i repeat DO NOT order from the Chelsea megastore. They provide a disgraceful quality of customer service. They took an extra 8 days to ship my parcel. After 5 emails they never responded to i was forced to make a long distance call and they offered no explanation as to why but will try to ship it on the next day. When it finally did ship the next day i received the email notification that it would arrive 3-5 days. On day 7 i again call and they tell me it will now take 16 days to arrive. A truly pathetic excuse for customer service. Save your time and money and order someplace else

Extremely poor customer services. Purchased 2 items but had to return both items packaged together in one parcel. Posted...signed for delivery. Only received refund for 1 item. 5 weeks on still no refund for other item despite promises from customer services that this will be dealt with. Now have PayPal dealing with this issue. Hoping they will resolve this. Never ever use this website again. Awful experience
