Recently, goal.com published an article referencing a return policy and discount for this season’s jerseys (see my attached photo below). When I contacted customer service, over the course of 3 emails, I was informed they would not be honoring this policy. I informed them this was false advertising and I would take my business elsewhere. To which they did not reply. Furthermore, I attempted to order a jersey 2 years ago. After 2 weeks I had not revived a tracking number or proof of shipping. When I emailed customer service I was informed the order had not been processed or shipped yet. I cancelled my order and should have known better to attempt to order from this website again. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from this website.

Ordered on 20 July - still waiting a month later. Sent an email last week and still no follow up from the store. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.....It is amazing how many places manage to get it so right - I have never had an issue ordering online before and in fact generally pleasantly surprised that they have delivered beyond expectations (eg Boden; Next). How can this store be so bad? L. Australia

Shocking customer service... 4 emails sent 0 replies... Multiple phone calls 0 returned calls... All the staff lie and say you will get a reply or a phone call and it never happens... All they do is string you along long enough to get your money and then say you can’t get a refund... Richard decided it would be funny to laugh and me, shout over me and call me mate during the whole phone call conversation with him... I was furious when I got off the phone.

I ordered the away kit for my son as soon as Chelsea Megastore showed it as being available and in stock. After approximately 2 weeks I still didn’t receive my order. I called and was told it hadn’t been despatched as the socks weren’t in stock. I asked them to send the kit. I then received the kit but still no socks and they are not responding to my emails! My sons friends all got their kits including socks within a couple of days of ordering them despite ordering them 2 weeks after I ordered my child’s kit. They all ordered from the Nike store! Where the customer service appears to be much better! I will have to contact my credit card company to recover the money Chelsea Megastore have stolen from me. I will warn all my sons football club friends parents not to shop with you. Do you check the reviews you have online! About time you sorted out the bad service!

Absolutely terrible experience ! I will never purchase from this company again. Their customer service is non existant as they provide you with generic or contradictory email responses. When asked to provide me with information to reach out to upper management for resolution, they kindly gave me the same email I was already contacting them on. Their procedures for shipping are impractical and outdated. They charge a Shipping fee, but don't provide you with a tracking number. Knowing that many of these items are shipped overseas that poses a problem, should your item get lost in transit they are no way held accountable. I was told by our postal service that items that were undeliverable or had unpaid duties are returned to the original sender. I have inquired many times if my package was returned, to be told no and they're not responsible as there was an addressing error. None the less their address is correct and they should have received the items back as it has been since November 2018 that I placed the order. I strongly doubt that returns are properly directed and sorted considering their nonchalant responses and the lack of tracking number. It is very unfortunate that my son's Christmas present never arrived and that I am out $200. It is a very disappointing reflection of the Chelsea name, and an unfortunate experience.

I bought a shirt and 3 Santa hats, I was sent and charged for 7! The shirt which I paid nearly $100 for is defective, I cannot put it over my head, nor can anyone else even the 6 year old next door because the head opening is tiny and doesn't stretch at all. It is impossible to wear. Chelsea mega store has sent 9 emails back and forth asking me for PICTURES etc. How can a picture help with the size??? All I wanted was a return label and for the last TWO weeks they keep coming up with ridiculous emails. Its disgusting and a sham, I cannot believe the Chelsea foot ball club condones this as this is tied to the team. I have attached a picture that shows the furthest it will open its the length of my watch!!!

Shocking customer service! Ordered $1000 AUD worth of Christmas gifts that I won’t receive as they lied about lead time. Website said 6-12 business days. I sent them about 20 emails about it and twenty replies came back saying we are please to say your order was shipped on the 1st I’d December and you should receive it by the 1st. They are a joke stay away from this store I know I will and all the people I know will.

Chelsea move to a new kit supplier now I cannot purchase the 3XL I need which I could with Adidas. Very poor this will be the first season in 25 years plus I've not had the new shirt at the start of the season.

Lucky i cant give a 0 what went right from paying extra for quick delivery that they dont do to losing top altogether and my my son without top i cant complain as just put through customers services fuming

This shop is horrendous! I spent £75 expecting a 3-5 day delivery like they clearly state and I've not received my items almost 2 weeks later! They took my money straight away and are now saying I pre-ordered when I didn't! I've got a screen shot clearly stating that it's a 3-5 working day delivery so will be looking into things further and spreading the word. Don't waste your time with this shop!

Ordered a Chelsea kit for my son's 8th Birthday party. I called them on Tuesday 30th September to check on the status and they said it would be dispatched that day. Called again on 2nd October and they said it hadn't been dispatched yet - leaving me no time or money to get a replacement for his party on Saturday. He is heartbroken and I'm livid.

SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE, paid extra money for an express delivery, 3-4 working days, contacted them 8 days later, was told it is out of stock. Received it 3 weeks later(I wanted it on time as it was my brothers birthday this Chelsea top)..Asked for that extra express delivery I paid, which I was promised, but two months after and they keep promising, it is not about money it is about principles, as I ordered it from Germany and paid more than 100 Euro, will never buy from them ever again.
