Terrible communication and their 5 day shipping is not even close better add at least a month to that timeframe. Will not buy here again

Ordered a scarf and banner for the UEFA championship win. Received an email 2 days later saying the order was on its way. 8 days later, get an email saying I am being refunded for my order. I never asked for a refund and I lost all the money that went towards shipping and tax. Complete waste of time and money. I tried emailing customer service. No response.

I placed an order, and literally minutes later the item was showing on the website at a lower price. The REGULAR price had changed by $8 - it had nothing to do with the discount code. Chat support confirmed the lower price and told me to send photos for a price adjustment. Customer service informed me there was a glitch in the website and they will not adjust the price. While the conversation about the price was in progress the item supposedly shipped. The tracking number is invalid. I am livid. If the item fails to arrive in a timely manner I will contest the charge with my bank. This is ridiculous.

I ordered a Chelsea shirt on the 17/8/2021 and was advised that it would arrive on 8 September 2021. That hasnt happened and cant get any advise as they say my email is incorrect even though I have had confirmation of my order. Tried calling, tried the webpage - nothing helps and I cant get any clarification on whats happened to my order. I would never recommend this company - customer service is terrible.; Be very wary of this company - I would not recommend it.

No way to review or your edit your order once placed. I emailed customer service as soon as the order was placed and still haven't heard back four days later and now the item has just shipped. As it is customized I cant return it. Have now just had to buy a new kit for my boy, very expensive mistake.

The problem with Chelsea megastore is there useless carrier they use HERMES, if they’d use UPS instead, people would receive there stuff on time etc, how does a package I buy from London to London, I live 12 miles away from the bridge! Take a week and I’m still waiting! I could walk there n back, if I had time etc but yet hermes has took 6 days so far:)! the funny thing is, they’ve still not tried to deliver it either, it’s been processing for days n days, as soon as I see Hermes was the carrier, I knew it would takes ages,, surprised people still use that trash as a carrier

I ordered a jersey from them and it has now been a month even though I was promised that it would be shipped out in 5 days. When I track it, it says estimated delivery was a week ago. I still don’t have it…

I ordered a personalised chelsea shirt and a football. My order never arrived, I tried contacting the store but cannot get through to them. I have tried to call and email them but have had no luck. I also can't get a refund. Really disappointed with the store and their customer service.

International order to Malaysia. It has more than 6 weeks since I put the order and the items still haven’t arrived. After a few rounds of complaints they replied to say address was wrong. When I confirmed the address (and logically if the adress was wrong they could have easily contacted me) they said give it a few more days. Passed the deadline and still havent received my stuff. Two follow up emails on cancelling the order and getting my refund but no response so far. Terrible experiencene especially since it was meant to be a going away gift and I missed the opportunity to do so. You’re better pff purchasing merchandise elsewhere.

i ordered a chelsea third kit about 2 weeks ago and i still haven’t received any information on whether it’s arriving or not . This has had the worst customer support as there’s no one to talk to . I recommend not buying from and should this review not be seeked or looked upon i would like to cancel my order . This has been appalling from them . I ordered on the 17 of September , yet there still has been no contact whatsoever whether it’s arriving or not .

I orderd a shirt in XXL and L arrived, it was a birthday present for my brother in law. What followed was weeks of back and forth via email, they eventually admitted that they didn't believe me so I had to send photographic proof, quite how they thought I would have magicked an L sized shirt out of the air so I could return it I don't know. No ownership of the issue, slow response via email, online chat never worked, I had to log a dispute with PayPal to actually get the return and refund under way - a great example of how not to handle a customer query. I see they have lots of negative reviews on different review sites, it's a reputation fully deserved and I'm just sorry I didn't take the time to research them first before placing the order. Oh and I had to pay £6.60 to return the shirt and they've stopped responding to my request to have that refunded even though I have an email where they told me I would receive that postage fee back.

I would rate them 0 stars. I ordered two shirts and my package arrived with only 1 shirt and package re-wrapped with tape. Customer service was no help and took forever to respond. Don't shop here! It's a rip off!

Absolutely no customer support. No option to cancel or adjust orders on the site, and nobody will talk to you, email, phone or support chat alike. Order delivery date came and went. Charged for nothing but hassle basically. Worst website service I've dealt with in my life and so disappointed.

Ordered a kit for my nephews birthday, ordered 2/8/2021, his birthday is 24/8/2021. It is clearly stated on the website 1-2 business days plus add 3-5 for custom shirts. So at worse 7 days, then 10 days for shipping overseas. The shirt was posted 20/8/2021, 18 days which is well and truly past the 7 day mark, they insist that the item will arrive on time but still nothing, shameful, won’t use them again since they have moved to an outside source. The customer service is atrocious and they really don’t care for anything

after placing my order 22/7/21 for 3 items im still waiting for one of them even though it is supposed to have shipped 24/8/21 ! can not contact a person at the megastore and e mails are only geniticaly. replied to, not resolving the problem. this is a joke service and as a life long chelsea fan im ashamed for them.

After about 6 months I realised my jersey wasn't going to arrive, ever. As years go by many parcels get delivered to my door and sometimes I entertain myself with the thought that it is my order from Chelsea Megastore. You have to concede that they don't sell products that quickly end up in the back of your closet, they sell patience and hope, and maybe we don't appreciate that enough.

Very poor service, thought it would be best ordering direct from Chelsea megastore as the items were birthday gifts. Big mistake. Items suppose to arrive today, turns out the order hasn't even been processed yet. Never again....
