“I ordered a shirt for my son’s birthday, paid for express next day delivery with a couple of days to spare before the big day. It didn’t arrive and when I rang to say it was still was been processed and hadn’t even been dispatched I had an apology and a £2 refund ?!? Don’t use Chelsea megastore! I had thought buying from the club would be the easiest and best option, I was so wrong. I can’t find a complaints email / phone number either. I was told I could complain but everything just goes to the customer service number / email. Very poor”

“Thought it would have been better to order my Chelsea Jersey from the Chelsea fc shop but instead it was my worst mistake... its been 2weeks and I still can't receive my package or get an update about my package even though they stated 3 days shipping... not to mention they charge so much for such awful shipping service”

“Please please please don’t order from this site. The site is rubbish and the customer service behind it makes rubbish look good. Site said item was available. After they got my money it turned into a 12 week wait. No replies from customer service after multiple attempts. Finally got one of the creatures on the live chat who tries to explain to me the 12 week wait was because I asked for a name and number on the back, before sheepishly admitting no stock. But then tried to tell me the website says there may be a delay. I hope he achieves something in life. Avoid this site like a seafood wet market!!”

“Worst Experience ever. First time purchasing and probably gonna be the last. They don’t even deserve the one star. Can’t believe that the club I support have such incompetent logistics handling. Ordered item close to 2 months back and I have my status as ‘On Order’. Keep getting the same automated message from the team. Sort your mess.”

“Horrible service and attitude - very disappointing from a fans perspective. Goods never showed up money taken and then chased and chased and was told they were out of stock with no apology offered. AWFUL”

“We placed an order for my Dad's birthday, 4 weeks in advance! two weeks in we had not received goods, the order status said expected dispatch 1.5 weeks ago, we sent many emails to customer service and we called but no one answered the phone. so after 3 weeks we contacted our credit card company who gave us a full refund and will now pursue them for the money they took from us, but failed to provide the goods ordered. I would avoid this company like the plague, they sell all the same stuff on amazon and you are more likely to receive it, this company is a waste of money and time!!! it only gets 1 star as it needs to register the review, it should be -10 stars!!”

“PLEASE, DON’T PURCHASE FROM THEM. BOYCOTT THEM! Would enjoy seeing this business go under, and take all their incompetent staff with them. Staff seem to have been trained not to answer questions, and to make it as difficult as possible for the customer. It seems a low IQ is a prerequisite for a position here. SCAM.”

“they shipped a larger size than I ordered, after contacting customer service they ask for a return this item for which I have to pay, I do not recommend if you want comfortable shopping. The hopeless quality of this store. I will never order from them again, even if it was for free”

“Once they have your money they don’t care about your order. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t received my jersey. I’ve requested a refund but I am not getting any response. They have no idea where my package is.”

“On their site they say "order usually takes 3-5 days to deliver". Then i email them and they say (i finally get an answer after few days) i will have to wait 20-30 days. Horrible communication, horrible site. Then they won't answer anymore, they take your money and dont give a sh*t anymore.”

“I ordered a beanie from the store which they claimed had arrived. After several emails with them they insisted that it had been delivered without offering any proof whatsoever and claimed that it had been picked up by a man named "Henry". My name is not Henry and nobody I live with is called Henry and my neighbours are not called Henry either so this must have been very poorly communicated with the courier which is extremely unprofessional or they simply made this part up. As a lifelong Chelsea fan I am absolutely shocked to be treated like this by my beloved team's web store. This terrible service is a disgraceful embarrassment to Chelsea FC and I can't imagine what kind of reputation this leaves to other fans. A friend of mine suggested I support Tottenham Hotspur FC or Arsenal FC instead as they do not treat their fans so poorly. Chelsea FC you must do something about this and get rid of this horrible service for the sake of your fans. Stadiums are empty anyway at the moment but expect one seat to stay empty even post-pandemic. This is a disgraceful breach of the consumer rights act. If anyone else experiences similar issues with the web store, follow the advice from Citizens Advice Bureaux (I was not allowed to provide a link by Trustpilot) and it will provide you with more information on why you are well within your rights to claim a refund. Do not let them lie to you like they have done to me and countless other people writing reviews. Love Chelsea FC but I refuse to be treated like this. #KTBFFH”
