I've been a victim as well of their bad service and it is my first time to order online, I'm really disappointed :( placed an order last March 2023 and until to this date (almost 2 months) I haven't receive my purchased items. I've been saving money just to buy the items and this is what they did, hoping that the management would take action and take it seriously... this is not the only page with bad reviews against them I looked into. We've been exchanging e-mails also regarding the update of the shipment and yet I'm not satisfied with the details, I even asked them to check with Shipping Company.

Awful customer service. Waiting for a refund which apparently won’t be happening because they sent me back my sons tracksuit!!!! Which I’ve not received. No one tells you the same answer. DONT waste your money.

International customers beware. My order never made it so I requested a refund. After being told my refund was confirmed by a customer service rep, it never came. Had I not circled back they would have kept my money. Their customer service is a joke and I would advise going elsewhere.

I placed an order online and paid for it in November 2022 and it is January 23rd 2023 and I still haven't received my order. I have contacted the store several times by phone, to the point now where they hang up on me. I have emailed several times and every so often they reply - really bad customer service and I will never recommend buying directly for the megastore

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered to posters and one arrived no problem . The other I am still waiting for. I sent an email two weeks ago and they said it would be here in a few days. Still hasn't arrived and I followed up with another email only to be told that the email address I am using is not the one used when I ordered, which is completely incorrect. Appalling customer service and the most useless company I have ever dealt with.

One star is way too generous. They sent me a vastly different shirt from what I had ordered. Their robotic chat was entirely useless anytime day or night.They answered an email telling me that it "appeared" that the wrong shirt was sent and to wait a few hours for a free return. It's now been five weeks. All my emails have gone unanswered. I've wasted $114 and am stuck with a useless shirt. This is, by far, the. worst customer service imaginable.

Nike sizes are a joke for kids its like a mine field and if you want kids socks its either large or small cant even speak to the megastore on the phone you must be losing megabucks maybe l should tell my grandson to support someone else

Ordered a jersey from the store, and paid shipping and for the product itself $193 CAD. Got hit with a $79 CAD hidden charge of some sort (no description) on the arrival of the product 2 weeks later. Poor timeline, hidden fee equal to 1/3 the product cost. 100% will NOT recommend anyone use this site to order anything.

Bad or inexistente customer service. I ordered and paid next day shipping given my urgency to bring the jacket abroad with me for a gift and it was delivered a week later. Nobody took responsibility and I had to pay also the return. DONT BUY HERE

I have tried several time by email to get in contact with hem. I ordered a Chelsea shirt but received man united pant. So I want to change them. But the order number I got is incorrect so I can’t send them back. Nobody is helping me with it. So no way in hell in would recommend this website to anyone.

Fanatics is an absolute garbage company, poor reviews both sides of the pond. Placed order with chelseamegastoreUSA.com mid December for expected delivery 1/12/22. Finally shipped 1/17/22 for delivery 1/12/22? .. fanatics uses time travel apparently. Called and emailed several times with Fanatics non existent customer service now claiming Data Protection Act as a reason they can't provide any assistance. Do better Chelsea FC, why are you partnering in the UK with Manchester based clownshow Fanatics? It's common knowledge they suck on a trans Atlantic scale! Haven't even begun canceling order because Fanatics undoubtedly will fail at that too. Chelsea FC using Fanatics is tarnishing the club, they're absolute rubbish and after this experience I/we will not be using chelseamegastoreusa.com in the future.

I will never again shop with Chelsea Megastore. I ordered my son a very nice Chelsea shirt for Christmas. When it arrived the Chelsea logo was missing. Not an oversight—the logo was quite prominent in the website but this was a defect with no logo. I emailed six times and went through the stupid AI chat and got absolutely nowhere. I then decided to just do a regular return and they charged me $26 for postage to mail back their defective shirt. It wasn’t like I didn’t like it—it was defective. Their QC should have caught that but instead I need to pay $26 to get back my $70 for something they screwed up. I’m proper Chels, but the so-called Megastore can go to hell. Never again.

Parcel was sent to the wrong address and was returned to Chelsea megastore. I was told to wait for 30 days regarding refund. After multiple emails back and forth asking about the same questions, its been 60 days since the parcel was returned and they claimed that i got to wait longer. Got to do better than this, huge disappointment

If only giving zero stars was an option. Ordered placed Nov 22, 2021. Shipping to arrive Dec 7. Never arrived. Tracking number provided is invalid. No answer at phone, no replies to multiple emails, and no chat agents available. Out $63 and no Christmas gift for my son. Chelsea FC. is better than this.

Two years ago I ordered a goalkeeper shirt and to this day it still hasn’t come. My son was 10 now he is 12 it was supposed to be for Christmas and I never got my 90$ back. Horrible

On Oct. 12th, 2021 I ordered a Havertz Home Stadium Shirt for my grandson for Christmas. I paid by PayPal. Money came out that next day. After 2 weeks, I checked on my order and they said it would come on Nov 11. On Nov 12 th I check on my order and it said my tracking number was invalid. I tried chatting online with them and while I was chatting he said the communication dropped on his end. He did give me another tracking number but it got me no info. And no order. Finally on November 29th, reordered. Filed a claim with PayPal. No response from ChelseaMegastore. Now here I wait for my second order which still has not come. It was supposed to be delivered today but of course, no luck. Grandson will be sorely disappointed since it was his main present and he is such a fan of Chelsea. Chelsea Megastore seems to be connected to Fanatics in the USA. So far I have ordered 5 orders through them. I have received nothing so far. I have to find a better place to order and spend my money. Will never order from them again. Just wish there was a star lower than 1.

I purchased an item. I Paid for the item. I got zero confirmation email regarding my purchase & no confirmation of purchase receipt from them. I checked my account and the purchase was indeed taken out. I sent out several emails asking for a confirmation & when I did not receive any response, I sent a few more emails asking for cancelation of order & a refund. I got zero response but they did take my money. Scam.
