No way to get hood of anyone. No one responds to emails. I get an email that my order was cancelled and that I will be reimbursed but it didn’t happen.

Their customer service is abysmal. It took them 3 days to respond and by that time my order was already processing and couldn't get my problem fixed.

Once they have your money they don’t care about your order. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t received my jersey. I’ve requested a refund but I am not getting any response. They have no idea where my package is.

Have ordered presents for Xmas .Now end of January and still not with us . Customer service doesn't update or give alternatives.they don't know when it will arrive .AVOID !!!

On their site they say "order usually takes 3-5 days to deliver". Then i email them and they say (i finally get an answer after few days) i will have to wait 20-30 days. Horrible communication, horrible site. Then they won't answer anymore, they take your money and dont give a sh*t anymore.

I ordered a beanie from the store which they claimed had arrived. After several emails with them they insisted that it had been delivered without offering any proof whatsoever and claimed that it had been picked up by a man named "Henry". My name is not Henry and nobody I live with is called Henry and my neighbours are not called Henry either so this must have been very poorly communicated with the courier which is extremely unprofessional or they simply made this part up. As a lifelong Chelsea fan I am absolutely shocked to be treated like this by my beloved team's web store. This terrible service is a disgraceful embarrassment to Chelsea FC and I can't imagine what kind of reputation this leaves to other fans. A friend of mine suggested I support Tottenham Hotspur FC or Arsenal FC instead as they do not treat their fans so poorly. Chelsea FC you must do something about this and get rid of this horrible service for the sake of your fans. Stadiums are empty anyway at the moment but expect one seat to stay empty even post-pandemic. This is a disgraceful breach of the consumer rights act. If anyone else experiences similar issues with the web store, follow the advice from Citizens Advice Bureaux (I was not allowed to provide a link by Trustpilot) and it will provide you with more information on why you are well within your rights to claim a refund. Do not let them lie to you like they have done to me and countless other people writing reviews. Love Chelsea FC but I refuse to be treated like this. #KTBFFH

I think this must be a fraud. I ordered items for my Nephew's birthday (firs week of October) in mid September. I still have not received the items. They no longer respond to my emails and the tracking number they provided me is not related to my order nor does it provide any information. I hope you read this before you think of purchasing anything from this site. Your will be throwing your money away. This site should be investigated. It is a shame that Chelsea FC allows their name and reputation be tarnished by this scam.

I ordered a home kit September 11th. I got a mail September 14th which said that my order was shipped (I live in Norway btw). It is now October 9th, one month later, and guess what... I still haven't received the package.

We ordered 2 shirts on 8/1, it is not 10/5. They can't / won't answer where 1 shirt is and the other they now say will ship in Feburary 2021, 6 months after the order. DO NOT ORDER from the Chelse Mega Store from outside the UK. Breaks my heart because I am a Chelsea fan but there is something very wrong with Fanatics International, who opperates the online store.

Don’t ever buy from Chelsea Megastore. Once they have your money they don’t care about your actual order. Customer Service constantly lie, then call you a liar. It is absolutely disgusting the way they treat there customers. They ignore emails you send and don’t stick to there own time frames that are clearly outlined on their website. All they say is ‘Sorry’

do NOT order in this store. I ordered by express, an additional charge of 16 euros, and have been waiting for my delivery for 14 days. the order is not even processed. "picking" since 14 days customer service replies with a pre-prepared mail after 3 days .... no information about my order. I have spent over € 170 and expect my order to be delivered on time. I have now canceled my order by email, and here too, no response from customer service unbelievable how you deal with your fans!

I think one(1) star is to generous. Absolutely dreadful and shocking treatment of customers. Ordered July 29th and still no trace of delivery. Just bevakar one single item is out of stock, and they cannot tell when it will be in stock again. Therefore I’m stuck with replicas, jacket for my kid and other thing at This company. And my money of course. Because don’t expect that they answer your E-mails. It hurts that you cannot buy from your own club, instead orderingång from extern suppliers. Terrible customer service 1-.

They are the absolute worst! I regret buying a jersey for my husband from Chelsea Megastore. Once you place an order you are stuck! There are no options to edit or cancel your order. Customer service is just poor overall

I would urge all Chelsea fans to purchase directly from Nike. Just cost me €9.20 to return a shirt which was too small. Disgraceful policy to charge for returns. I have had problems before with purchases which got lost in transit, but this takes the biscuit.
