“Express delivery is more like regular delivery with a delay. I had to purchase another dress from easy pickins which was beaty but I really wanted to wear the outfits from chic me for my bday never again will I trust express delivery from this company”
“The striking red " dress", was only a top, way to "furry" ,and light weight. Ivordered my size, and l have small hips, and it was too small! The two piece was cheap looking, not like pictured and seemed more like pjs, and way too big....what? Horrible, but l guess you get what you pay for. Never again!”
“Customer service is horrible! Delivery time frame is horrible. It has been the estimated 35 days and my package still isn’t here. I reached out to customer service and they told me I had to file a claim with the shipping company! I’m not understanding why I have to file a claim when I never had contact with the package. “Chic Me is the worst in shipping and custermer service!!..Shipping takes too long, but I saw a few items I liked for holiday occasions, so I thought if I ordered early October, I would have them by the occasions I needed them for in mid November. It's now a month and a half and I still did not receive my order..I had to go out last minute and purchase something for 2 occasions that I had planned on wearing something from Chic Me!!..I keep sending messages and they continously say sorry for the inconvenience and please have patience!!..What really infuriated me was I had items in my bag that I checked out and Chic Me took it upon themselves to do it 5 TIMES!!..Thank God my Credit Card company noticed and contacted me!!....Those transactions would have been a charge of over $800!!....I had to cancel my card and get a new one!!..Now I can't make online purchases without making sure it's not fauld!!..CHIC ME THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!..I learned my lesson and highly recommend ordering from SHEIN!!....I'm always satisfied with them!!..I usually get my order within 7-9 days, and if something is not in stock they let you know, and if items are in different warehouses they will ship individually!!”
